We’ve also upgraded how down payments work.
Previously, down payments across the entire portfolio were set as fixed dollar amounts.
Starting today, we’ve introduced percentage-based down payments, with a default of 10% of your Buy-It-Now price across your portfolio.
This ensures:
- Your LTO terms scale naturally with each domain’s value
- Pricing remains consistent across your portfolio
- Buyers get a clearer, more intuitive entry point
No more manual adjustments per price tier, your strategy now scales with you.
You Stay in Control
As always, you decide how you sell.
From your Settings > Lease to Own, you can finetune your overall LTO strategy:
- Set the maximum number of monthly installments
- Set your preferred down payment percentage (10%, 20%, or higher)
- Enable or Disable Downpayments
- Enable or Disable Lease to Own
- Adjust your terms at any time
And importantly:
- This update applies to portfolio-level settings only
- Any domain-specific LTO configurations remain unchanged and continue to use fixed dollar amounts
